Remarks

Punjab is my home state. That's the first factor cause i dont want to live away from my family for now. The second factor is my scores. This is the best i can get with this marks.so these are the main resasons to choose nitj.

Course Curriculum Overview

Couse curriculum is updated by 2018. Most of the faculty is good. O.p sir is great.he Focus on the understanding of the students while other teacher are only subject Oriented all they cares about is marks.

Placement Experience

Cse department is great for placements and internship offer. Most of the sde companies visit our college. I'm not that aware about other branches. For ice Deloitte is a major company.

College Events

We have two major events Techniti and utkansh. Techniti is a technical fest. Students from various college participate. Overall event is good. Utkansh is cultural fest. Students from different states try to represent their culture with arts like dancing clothing etc. And at the last day of both the event they invite a Punjabi siner.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are for the first year is whack. 4 Students have to live in the same 15*10 room. WiFi campus. It's pretty easy to avail hostel. Just choose hostler pay your fee. And avail any room you want to live In.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

From four semester we start getting internships from various companies depending on student skills ,but regularly in 6th/7th sem we can ppo's pre-placement offer In cs department students are enjoying an average annual package of 17LAKH while in EC department, students are enjoying an average annual package of 13.5LAKH IN CS DEPARTMENT the placement percentage is nearly 91% while in ECE department placement percentage is nearly 97%

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
