Padam Nabh's Review On IIMT College Of Engineering, Greater Noida

Please improve your management team. Nobody knows about whats going in the college. Even registrar department doesn't know about account department. Please be serious because you are serving students not just making money and all. All in all at-least at present its not the good place to get the admission in my opinion.

I appeared for both AIEEE and IIT-JEE in 2011 but did'nt got enough rank for any government college so I quit attending counselling and approached for this college as a private candidate.

A this college is UPTU affiliated so it follow the course designed by UPTU Lucknow for all brances.

They dont provide internships because college doesnt have ant tie up with any company or for any branch. The only way to get internship is either by personally asking from some faculty or from any personal contacts. I myself got my internship in Panasonic AVC,Noida from my uncle's contact and at BSNL Noida as a paid training. So I didn't got any stipend.

Not good at all. As everyone knows about the college so no brand recruit in this college even HCL has blacklisted IIMT college you can check at their portal. Small companies come for recruitment and offer very low package for profiles like technical sales. College website has fake list of recruitments and some are very old placement records and they are from IIMT Meerut college in real.

Very small college fest and it feels so embarrassing to pay entry fee for your own college. Most of the fest are limited to some departments. There are some exhibitions from management students although.

Yes on paper they have shown that they distribute scholarships but some true facts for scholarships are. If you secure 70-80% in university exam you will get Rs 5000 only. If you secure 80-90% above in university exam you will get Rs 10,000 only. If you secure above 90% in university exam you will get Rs 20000 only which is not worth it because UPTU itself gives upto Lakh if you secure such high scores.

No campus life. No ragging like intro and all only. No interaction with seniors from all students because seniors are restricted to another building away from building for juniors. Interacting from seniors is itself a tough job to do. Not all competition are open for all not all debates are for everyone and no labs even with decent equipment. I myself was in college band and they merely support us even when we had to perform for our own college we had to arrange our own equipment that's really pathetic.

I spend only my 1st year in hostel that time it was not that good but now hostel fee is raised upto 75000 per year and food is ok now in mess. There are some private PG in outside college and charge from 4000-8000 per month depending on.

Senior students still have issue after passing out regarding there security refund. That is why alumni doesn't want to get in contact or do some good review about college when asked by us. Very few alumni have got the good placement from college. Those who got the job they have made it from their own contacts and by off-campus selection even me.

Not all faculty is up-to the mark. They don't hire their faculty seriously. But some faculty are good and have good educational background and enough experience. Some faculties are Mr. Santosh Pandey trainer and telecom teacher,Mr. Pravendra M.Tech IIT-R faculty of power electronics.
