Remarks

I heard good reviews about this university from my seniors and friends. This university provides the good platform to learn and sculpt our future. It has teachers with best skills. It has good laboratory facility where the practical sessions are conducted by the experts. The lecturers help in the academics and even give information about the placement. We have campus placements. And we are trained for the placements

Though we have some difficult modules our lecturers teach us very well. They even teach out of box to make the concepts clear. The teachers are well experienced and they explain the concepts well. We can consult the lecturers regarding the doubts. They help to clear it

Our college conducts the competition related to sports and every year students participate in university sport's.we are trained well for placements. There will be college festivals wherein everyone can come up with there talents. Students participate in all the games and culturals and win prizes

In our college library we can find the books related to all subjects and authors. The lab is well equipped with all the essentials with good electricity supply. we have the Wi-Fi facility in the campus where all the students can access it. Our college conducts the competition related to sports and every year students participate in university sport's

Hostel Facilities

Hostel has spacious room. 3 people can stay in each room. We have sports court. We have good water facilities and food facilities. We are served with different dishes daily. It has around 400 seats.hostel has 3 floors each floor has 42 rooms. Even it has study hall where students can study freely

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
