Remarks

I was looking for a college in Bangalore only as it is a metropolitan city with the best colleges of IT. I came to know about this college through my relatives. I did get my admission on the basis of KCET Rank. So I took admission on Management Quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college faculty members are very good to students. They will be ready to help students every time. They are very talented in their subject. The teaching quality is very good. Every student can get knowledge from this college. Yes it makes student industry ready. Yes this course curriculum relevant for students.

Placement Experience

The placements are not great but there is a significant improvement. The senior batches had a little difficulty in placements but all these companies are really good and the placement rate has really improved. The companies like Wipro, Tata etc, visit the college for placements.

College Events

Every year the college organises many fests and events for the students. Those who are localites get good scholarships and the fee is also less compared to the other colleges. Several extra activities are conducted in a month.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college is not bad, and the college had all the required facilities for different purposes. The college is comprises of an engineering building, architecture building, MBA, MCA, BCA, BBA and college etc.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

This college was my only last option because I was waiting for my KCET exam results, and the college I got through KCET was very far and not that good.
