I chose because it was affordable to me with quality of study. Here, students got single rooms to study which ia not available everywhere and even if it is, then that costs your Kidneysif ur not blessed with loads of money!!! But, the bad news!! the fee of GBU is being increased every year. Mine academic fees was 49,500 per sem which is now 65000 per sem.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Syllabus was Updated every semester. moot court competition, debates and other are now being held. All the Law faculties were good. The The Facultiesof subjects like pol sci. may sound boring. but you will get to know they didn't passed their time in the class, once you pick the book to study.
Placement Experience
The seniors are very friendly and help out through every situation if u ask be it academics or others. Community for law students (CLS) is a quite good example. the superseniors coordinated with students of every batch and formed a committee to train the interested students who want to learn. placement of School of ICT is considered excellent in or outside GBU. there are many startups taking place in the campus. specially during the lockdown. you can visit websites created by law students. example: LAWriter's Hub & Lawlytical.
College Events
ABHIVYANJANA- the huge cultural fest is organised annually in the auditorium (you must have seen some glimpses of auditorium-1 in special ops last episode, where the bombblast was expected). other than this several fests like FOOD FEST, SYNERGY, YOUTH FEST, and other school wise fests are organised and all the students off the university along with the faculty members take part in it. the most attractive part!!! there are different clubs for cultural activities like music, drama, art, photography, dance, etc who perform in these fests and organise independent stage performances as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
the selected meritorious students of every year are provided with a scholarship of 20000. there is a provision of scholarship for those too who cannot afford.
Campus Life
sports facilities available. Annual sports meet 'shauryotsava' is held in feb every year. can practice everyday but there are rumes regarding girl's. girl's can practice only on office days as the staff members are only available on those days. infrastructureof library is very goodand classy. moreover required law books are found in personal Library of School of law. smaller than the other but u will get everything u need there.
Hostel Facilities
students were provided with single rooms till 2019 batch. the rumours(80% reality) are carving the news that new students will have to pay 40000 for single rooms and 35000 for sharing rooms. but the old ones will remain in single rooms but will pay 5000 extra i.e. 35000 instead of 30000.
