Remarks
I took admission in this college because the placement record which was shown to its website was quite good and I was happy with this. Also, the Labs and campus on the official website attracted me towards this campus. Almost all the facilities being provided here are quite good and helpful for exiting life, some of the points which I noticed after taking admission seems not so good.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my college, the number of professors is almost good and all are well qualified from great institutes. Most of the classes are taken by the guest facility, who have no good qualifications and knowledge is the bad point, which I observed and this happens many times. Our professors are good. The teaching quality is average. There are no smart classes. The ratio of students to faculty is 5:1. I did not get any industry exposure, actually, in my batch, no one got industry exposure. Industry Visits should also be enhanced in this college.
Placement Experience
The highest salary offered by the company was 7.2 LPA, and 3.2 LPA was the lowest. The average placement is 4.8 LPA. Most of the students are selected for management type posts and some of the students were also selected for marketing type posts. Very few students got an internship from the college. The stipend offered during the internship is Rs. 50,000 which was good for interns. The placement record was not so good.
College Events
The infrastructure of HBTU is not good as per its popularity. There is Wi-Fi, but it somehow restricted for a day. There are a lot of labs, in which some of the instruments of the lab are in active mode and some of those are not in working condition. The library of HBTI is a very good, very big library and having almost all the required books of the syllabus and other from the syllabus. Medical facilities are also very good. There is only cricket, football and table-tennis played in sports and games. Events are held in our college from time to time. Some of them are for technical and some are enjoyment type fest. The annual cultural fest is very interesting and cheerful. Almost the college life is better than any other college of this fees range.
