Remarks
Initially, when I passed out my 12th I was really confused what I need to do in my life. I actually applied for many college and my name also appeared in the merit list. Howsoever, one day I was exploring through the Internet and I came across this college of mine and then I decided yes okay let’s give it a try and I stepped into IIHM. Their marketing strategy was so strong that I was actually lured by it and I took admission in it and when I stepped into the college I got to know the reality.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is satisfactory.It depends on person to person.Yes,we have 6 months of IET(industrial exposure training),where we need to work in a hotel.IET for us(iihmites)are a mix feeling.For some they are good enough and for some like me it’s horrible.Let me tell you-I have done stuffs there which I haven’t ever done in my entire life.Speaking of faculties-one word they are amazing and very supportive.The whole IIHM is a family to me.
Placement Experience
We get placements opportunities from around the world.There are not only hotels but cruise and aviation as well.Also we got retail stores.The college have initiated an entrepreneurship cell just a month back or so.We do get good placement but the initial salary is really low.
College Events
Overall IIHM life is very exciting. It makes us feel alive. We have a lot of activities in our college round the year which actually keeps us busy and also helps us to gain more exposure to different types of stuffs.
