Sivaraj R's Review On Sri Krishna College Of Technology - [SKCT], Coimbatore

I have completed by schooling with 88 percentage. And took IIPE entrance coaching classes in Dharapuram. I got 52 marks out of 100 in the tamilnadu Entrance Exam.The Sri Krishna college is one of the oldest colleges in tamilnadu and was one of the top institutions in coimbatore.Coimatore has lot of colleges .To choose the best one is always important for the career.

Intrenships will be provided only to the selected students based on the acedmics and innovative performances .I havent personally gone through any internship proigrammes during my studies. (As it was under Anna University college)Currenly ,since its an autonomus institution,there is a lot of scope in this area.

During 2010 batch,It was a worst recession time,Yet around 20 out of 64 students got placed in INFOSYS,TCS in my class.Other members also got placement through variuous off campuses and recruitment Drives.Some of them went for higher studies in IIT and top colleges.The Job opportunity is better when compared to other colleges in coimbatore.It ranked 6 th in coimbatore colleges.(Coimbtore has around 40 Engg colleges).

I have personally gone to various inter college composiums .I have gone to 25 colleges to attend in paper presentations,Debates,Games,Cultural activities.Paper presentation is always encouraged in this college.So our student community also get lot of exposures by participating in various activites. Festivals like onam,dewali will be celebrated in a very grand manner.

We can avail government merit scholarships which will be provided by college from the government. The applying procedure will be very simple.We need to get income certificate. Loans will be readily provided once you get the estimate amount from the college.We can get full four years tution fees as loan.

Campus life in one of the best you can get in and around coimbatore. As it is located in Western ghats,We can have chance to see elephants,forest fires. without any fees. Gender ratio will be quite good with diversified skills among the students and there will not be any partiality from the students .There are lot of students outshined in sports activites .As it has a huge ground facilty and has all the required sports equipments.

I have stayed in hostel. It was so nice experience .For the trekkers it will be treat,we can trek the hills very near to the hostel.Trekking will be orgainsed once in a year in hostel .Average rental will be around 1800 per month.'Food Charge will be arou

The alumni students like us are always available to the new students help and we will provide full support whenever necessary .There will be alumni meet as well and we can cherish the old memories as well. The alumni students helps in cordinating the companies and college.
