About teaching its a excellent coaching given by all staffs in medicine department and regarding some facilities there are many lacks in water,food etc.

No entrance I wrote with help of my 12th standard marks only I got qualified for this course. My father is the inspiration to take this course.

Campus life is enjoyable and memorable experiences and students are always in groups with chit chatting and enjoying no workshops students are in equal ratio gender, ethnicity and races are all common in India as it is Religion Hindus are dominated economic status both upper and lower class peoples are there.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good. But mess fees are very higher than normal fees. Foods are not very good but some way edible.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Life in CMC

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

I applied to PSG medical college but I didn't satisfy the cutoff for that college. I got a confirmed admission letter from SRM Medical College Trichy and another college in Madurai. I didn't make it there since the fees for very high but the fees in this college are affordable. The admission process for this college is that you should come through Tamilnadu medical counselling Firstly you should apply for Self finance or management quota during counselling and wait in rounds to get your college-by-choice filling. If someone has no problem with fees then they can apply for both quotas be it management or government quota by paying 30000 for the self-finance quota and 1 lakh for the management quota....Read More

My college life

The reason for choosing this college over other was the fee structure. The management is collecting less amount compared to other medical colleges. The infrastructure was good for studying and learning. I have nearly applied for about 54 colleges around tamilnadu. And I have been allotted to this college according to my marks. Even I had about 30 other choices . I chose this college due to low fees,good teaching, facilities and environment.I have never rejected by any colleges. I gave this college as my first preference and I have allotted to this college. For the admission I have written NEET entrance exam. And we should get passed and secure enough mark for getting into college. After there will be councelling call from the MGR medical University.
