Remarks
I love this college as it is near to my hometown and other IISERs are very far away from me. From education point of view also it is very good and better as comparative to other IISERs. Faculties and seniors are very helpful here which you will not find anywhere in the India.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are here to motivate you towards to research. They are always with you and guides you to better labs and opportunities in your course and for internships during summer break. For first two years you have to study Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Humanities and Social Science and Inter disciplinary course. After 2 years you can select your major subject.
Placement Experience
No placement cell in the college. Entrepreneurship cell is there in the college which host small events and motivate students towards Entrepreneurship. Last year CANNABLE 3.0 was hosted by our college.
College Events
Campus Life of IISER MOHALI is best part of any student studying here. INSOMNIA- is our college annual fest in which college students from North India generally participate. It is generally a 3 day event.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are compulsory for every student whether your house is too far or too nearby you have to stay in hostels if you want to study here but actually there is no strictness so secretly you can go to your home everyday or during weekends.
