Remarks

It gives a very good exposure and the university has a very good placement cell. And I thought I could connect to different people globally for a deeper connect to my subject. Which would help me to grow.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.A journalism professional is a very good course because I feel media never dies in the society. Because there will be a person who would report about the happenings of the country and so I feel now this field is growing and has very good opportunities out there and now this field is growing as well. So the faculties here have a great knowledge about the field and have huge contacts to connect with people around. Which is actually a very good thing for a media student.

Placement Experience

Big companies like amazon, Flipkart, infosys, wipro, CNN, times of india, NDTV etc. Visit our college. A very good placement cell.

College Events

It is going to be really fun I think because I am a fresher. So as far as I know they have various cultural events and clubs which students can take part and the seniors are very encouraging. And lasya is very big cultural event of our campus and I think it is going to be the best campus life. I am hoping for it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
