Remarks
I chose this college because it was near my residence and is one the well known institutions of lucknow providing good quality education and facilities to the students. They have various subjects to chose from and provide good combinations. It is also a girls college, so safety is naturally available.
Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of arts course in English and political science was my subject and the faculty of both the departments were very cooperative and also helpful. They provided us with good quality notes and also guidance. English department faculty Dr. Fernandez was one of my favorites. She taught in an lucrative and innovative manner which kept the students engaged.
Placement Experience
Isabella thoburn college no doubt has good education but lacks in the field of placements. Although it tries to get the companies and in 2018, several companies visited and recruited the students based on merit and interview but this year, there was no such placements. However, there were few personality development sessions by professionals.
College Events
The campus life of the college is very good as we have an outstanding campus with a good parking facility. Fest and fates are also held. Prominent personalities like vartika Singh who is miss universe India visited our college, ananya Pandey also came to our college to raise awareness about social bullying. The environment is also very positive of our college.
