Remarks

Its one of the top college and it has good faculty. Its in top 5 in Bangalore as well as the emerging college of the century. i opted of Journalism, psychology and english triple major because i want to become a psychologist.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the psychology faculty and english faculty are great. In Journalism, some teachers are really good, and some are not well experienced. The college gives good exposure to to the outer world with fest and conferences.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunity is great. I do not know much about that but what ever i have heard of, seems great. College also provides civil service and other courses for interested students and makes placements easy.

Campus life is great because of the of the diversity, environment and food. The campus has greenary all around. There are more than 300 festival all over the year and that makes us meet new people too.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
