Remarks
It was one of the renowned and decent private colleges in my city. They have good stats and I had friends who passed out from there, and they suggested me to go ahead with it. They have faculty and services, along with good placement opportunities.
Course Curriculum Overview
Retarded. Severely retarded curriculum provided by RGPV. It's almost ancient with no preference to practical skills. That's why idiots with rote learning abilities top the exams, while those who really know technology don't touch the books until the exam dawns on them. The only learning that is done by students is the skill to predict which questions may arise in the exam based on previous year's questions.
Placement Experience
They seem to be alright. We are encouraged to do everything possible to make ourselves look employable. However many students end up going to extra coachings to extend their skillset because one can't expect to be placed based just on the apparent 'skills' they teach at the college.
College Events
They have cultural activities and Co curricular activities, but you'd have to miss classes to do so. The college's excessive obsession with attendance is a factor due to which many people don't participate in these. Because, to get attendance for the time you were out for a programme or competition, requires excessive paperwork with proof about you attending that event, so much so that it'd be better to not participate at all and keep your attendance at the cutoff range.
