Entrance Preview
I wrote Karnataka common entrance exam (CET exam) in bengaluru. My ranking was 15432 I was very passionate mechanical engineering, I was looking for short travelling distance in my surroundings I had 3 colleges mvit and bmsit and Reva as other colleges had cutoff below 6000, As I had only one chance I opted for mechanical engineering in Reva institute of technology and management.
Course Curriculum Overview
In 1st year it was not mechanical subjects all branches we had common subjects which was a continuation of 12th standard physics, maths, chemistry etc. entering into mechanical department faculty are simply super the faculty are well experienced and PhD holders from top colleges And involvement in academics and co cirruclar activities As of now we had best faculty I found best faculty in Reva college.
Internships Opportunities
Top IT companies prefer Reva because it is well discipline students can be found in Reva college and core related companies also companies like TCS, IBM, MU SIGMA CAPE GEMINI BOSCH, WIPRO IT SOLUTIONS, EMC2 Etc, Entering into campus first thing u notice highly built infrastructure And amphitheatre and ground and library and newly launched adminstration block known for accounts and main office and main block is very well built block and labs. No stipend offered.
Placement Experience
More than 70% of students got placed in top companies Top companies like TCS, IBM, MU SIGMA CAPE GEMINI BOSCH, WIPRO IT SOLUTIONS, EMC2 Etc, almost all companies offer package above 3.6 lakhs.
College Events
In our college most celebrated events is REVAMP where it is celebrated with celebrities and fest is conducted for more than three days it is most interesting event fashion show dance show paper presentation all other activities conducted up to 12 clock till night every day and college is known for mini cricket stadium every day matches are conducted from different colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is affiliated to vtu college fees are fixed by government and separate college fees which is feasible as compared to other colleges and hostel are feasible when compared to other institute and transportation fees are OK and examination fee is declared by government concerned university VTU.

No loans are provided by college Banks provide education loan college is not offering any scholarship for us and government us offering scholarship based in percentage and caste and category etc.
Campus Life
As it is co education it is simply super enjoying the college campus as well as studies as we have different workshops and as there is no gender ratio we almost equal amount of male and female students as we separate pg for NRI and no politics and economic status is good.
Hostel Facilities
As hostels are well built with on bathroom and toilet and we have three beds and study table for each students and wardrobe for each students and we have hot water facility and we have WiFi in hostel and talking about food we have two mess north and south mess food quality is Good and they provide snacks every evening and special occasion they provide different food.
Alumni/Alumna
We do senior interaction as we had separate block for mechanical and alumni network takes place every week and we had good seniors for guidance for future and are in contact with us.
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted by college which is affiliated to vtu as it is board exam. Questions paper are set by vtu and correction are done by electronic computer based correction and labs are well equipped with instruments and machines etc.
