Remarks
The first reason to choose my college was the brand of India Institute of Management(IIM). IIM, Ranchi is also to me the best amongst new IIMs. The academic rigour, the pedagogy of teaching and the plethora of opportunities that IIM, Ranchi provides are just too good to say no to.
Course Curriculum Overview
As mentioned earlier the academic rigour, the pedagogy of teaching are some of the main reasons behind me deciding to join IIM, Ranchi. The pedagogy that we follow at IIM,Ranchi is a case study based learning. The faculties are immensely knowledgable and have huge corporate experience to give us a perfect flavour of the practical applicability of the theoretical concepts taught in class.
Placement Experience
The placements at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi are usually very good. IIM, Ranchi has managed to place 100% of its students due to not only the continued relations that IIM, Ranchi has with a large number of organizations but also a lot of organizations coming to campus for placements for the first time. This is turn shows the faith that the corporate worls has in IIM, Ranchi.
College Events
The campus life gives us enough opportunities to interact and connect with business leaders and learn from them. The hostel facilities are well maintained and the classrooms are ultra-modern. There are also a variety of student initiatiated groups that allow each one of us to pursue our extra curricular talents.
