Remarks
I choose this university because of its ranking and placement status. I've many pass-out friends who suggested me this university. Another reason was because of it's campus. Jamia Millia Islamia has got a huge campus and a great infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was great. The course was updated as the industries wants. I think faculty is the strongest point of my university. The faculty who taught me Java and networking was very helpful. Faculty helped me a lot thought my course.
Placement Experience
There were many companies who visited the campus. Around 70+ companies visited. I didn't opt for a job because I've to study further. Alumni network is not as good as others branches but faculty helped a lot. Google, Microsoft are some of the big MNCs who visited our campus. Around 70%-80% got placed with the help of campus offer.
College Events
There were many activities but not as good as in private colleges. There were not any big fest. There were many extracurricular activities like gol-gappa competition, football, cricket,etc. I also participated in cricket activities amd played some games there.
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure is amazing. There are many sports ground. Nawab Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi Sports Complex is the biggest one. There are many libraries throughout the campus. Every department is equipped with atleast one library. Wi-fi and equipment was also up to the mark.
