Course Curriculum Overview
Following the Autonomy, the college is directly in charge of the syllabus and examination and are thus updated regularly. Faculty is excellent and very proficient in the field of their teaching. Industrial Visits are regularly conducted to provide exposure to the students - the most recent was conducted by Economics dept. to RBI in December. Our Accounts professor CA Anil Naik is exceptionally good in his field.
Placement Experience
Almost around 40-50% of the students are placed each year. The recruiting companies are great and the packages which are offered are fairly good.Chartered accountancy firms, along with some other related to insurance were among the top recruiters. A trainee or an accountant were the roles offered.
College Events
The college boasts a variety of fests and cultural activities. The main college fest - Dimensions witnesses students from campuses all across Mumbai. The college also has a large number of clubs ranging from Drama club to NSS and everything in between. The college is also known to host various seminars and MUN periodically.
Campus Life
In the 36 years since its establishment, the building has aged quite well and is well equipped with fast wifi, a gym, 4 computer labs, decently sized sports room and Gymkhana and a vast library. The college is also equipped with the state of the art radio broadcasting station and a multimedia labratory. The college ground is moderately sized and houses a badminton court.
