If people interested to work in IT firm, then MKCE is the best college in Karur to get placed in well reputed companies. The core company recruitment is much less but the college gives its the fullest support to increase the core company tie ups. So I decided to join this institute.
Course Curriculum Overview
The teachers are the main positives of this college. The teachers who are above ME are employed here. The HODs must do PhD. The teaching methods are the main advantage in this college. Here, every classroom is attached to a projector and computer with internet connection. Using the computer, the teachers teach lessons. It's useful for industry exposure and some local companies also, we had a good experience. All my faculties are my favorite.
Internships Opportunities
No I have not opted for any internship.
Placement Experience
The placements were good for my batch and my seniors' batch. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infoview, Maveric, etc. conducted on-campus recruitment. Major placements were by TCS and Wipro. Around 169 got placed in TCS and 51 got placed in Wipro from my batch. The highest package was 5 LPA and the average package was 3 LPA.
College Events
The events like cultural activities, placement activities, club, sports day and many are there in the college, I enjoyed a lot. The cultural fest is a major advantage of this college. Orila is the fest name. Management conducts it every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I didn't avail of any scholarship as girls students will get scholarships from government if they interested.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very good. Free Wi-Fi is provided for every department, and lots of fun in the yearly functions like sports day, cultural day and an annual day. It is very good to see 4years of study here. The staff, the lab faculty, are very friendly to me, food in the canteen is good.

No, the given fee is for the whole course. The total course fee for the B.Tech courses of M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering is INR 3.4 lakhs.
