Remarks
I wanted to study outside India. I was ready to go but due to some reason I have to pull off the idea. Then from Jossa I got NIT BHOPAL. So, I took it with great pleasure. The academics is really good in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are updated every year. So that was something I already knew before coming to the college. Faculties are very friendly in nature. They are ready to help anytime. In short academics and curriculum is good.
Placement Experience
Placements depends every year on how much employers company wants. This data changes every year. But yes last year placements were really good. Alumni too helps us whenever required. We have a group for alumni where we can discuss things with them.
College Events
In campus, we have lot of stuff to do. There is day to day activities that keeps us busy. Technical and cultural festivals are held every year. There is a huge number of participation in the events. But when compared to other NITs it's not that good.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I have not applied for any scholarship. I didn't find any scholarship in which I fulfilled all the criteria. Loan can be availed from banks at cheaper rates.
Campus Life
This is something I don't like. If any new building starts making, it takes lot of time to complete. For example: we have a good library but officials were making one more library. But it's 3 years and library still not completed.
Hostel Facilities
I live in hostel. Hostels are good I would say. I have seen worse hostels but mine is quite good. Its clean and supply of electricity is regular. Mess food is equally good and bad. Hostel fees is around 40000 per year.
