Remarks

IIM Ranchi is considered to be one of the best B-Schools in the country. Also HRM is their Flagship program. I was very particular about taking HR as my specialization, so it was an easy decision for me to make.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think we follow a good syllabus. The faculties are all very knowledgeable. They take time to hear everyone out and clear their doubts, sometimes even outside of class hours. We have been provided all the study materials before the classes,the faculties also share additional study materials and provide references from time to time.

College Events

We have our class in online mode right now. But the senior batch and administration has been doing an exceptional job in giving us the feel of a real college campus. We have had all the events and extra curricular activities that we would have in campus, online. We have had multiple sessions with industry veterans and college alumni. We have had cultural events and other extra curricular activities as well and all the students have shown great enthusiasm in participating.

In this college there are so many courses you have in your personal interest the curriculum and exam structural is great but since this policy affiliated to Ranchi University the exams are taking too much time. Lack of irregular of semester time but the college is a better place for achievement of desired goal of a student

Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
