Faculties are highly specialised in their core areas, and impart the best knowledge in terms of their vast experience. Agon is the annual Management Festival of IIM Ranchi and attended by huge number of students across India. It is one of the biggest events hosted in the campus. Rush is the sports and cultural festival of IIM Ranchi and a spectacle of an event. It marks the coming together of some of the most artistic and agile people.

All rooms are fully furnished Water Purifiers and coolers are placed on every alternate floor for drinking water Students have 24/7 access to internet at their hostel rooms and college campus Each hostel block has at-least one functional lift (as the buildings are nine floors high). There is a All generator facility too, so no electricity issues Everyone gets hostel facility
