It was always a big dream to get into one of the premier institutes of India. During my graduation I was directed by my teachers MBA would be something that would fit me well, this advice coupled with my desire to start a business of my own I opted to try appearing for CAT after proper coaching and I was able to score better percentile than I expected and was lucky enough to make it to the final list of IIM Ranchi.After I converted Ranchi I did a proper study about the campus life at Ranchi. Though initially I was concerned about the lack of a campus After interacting with some of the alumni I realised that it was not much of a problem.Then I enquired about the faculty ROI etc and found out that Ranchi is one of the best New IIMs.With all these information that I gathered I decided to start my journey at Ranchi and so far it has been a great one.

I feel the curriculum is well structured to prepare the students for a corporate life. We have been given a new mandatory course on Excel which was introduced from this year and this makes me believe that the curriculum is being updated regularly. The faculty are always available to clear our doubts and we can contact them without any fear.The campus had adapted to the online mode of teaching very easliy. They are trying their best to give as much as they can even though we have the issue of the classes being virtual. Overall I am extremely pleased with the academic aspect of the college.

The campus is well known for providing quality managers and this has made our campus one of the desired places for the recruiters. The placement committee works tirelessly to ensure that all students are secruring jobs with various organisations. I am happy with the opportunities I am getting at Ranchi.

So far we have had various online interactive events which included various fun filled as well as serious activities.We constantly have interactions with the alumni of our college as well as some other prominent personalities of the business world. Our drama club has remained active even during the times of Covid 19 and it shows how much dedicated they are towards their passion. The diversity of the students in the campus is a real asset as it becomes a platform to learn new cultures and artforms.
