I was intrigued by the placement statistics of IIM Ranchi. Being one of the premier B-school of India, it helps students to get into their dream companies. Another thing that took my attention was the MBA-HR program in IIM Ranchi. In the long run, the HR Alumni network would serve as a benefit to the institute, thus enhancing its placements. Further, the faculty members come from the most respected universities and the pedagogy adopted is at its best. Also, Its the brand name that everyone aspires. What can be better than an IIM Tag?

The curriculum is designed taking into consideration the students, faculty, and experts. The faculty members come from some of the most respected universities across the globe and the pedagogy adopted is at its best. They equip students with the right skills and knowledge to become future leaders. Apart from classroom learning, students are provided with ample opportunities to interact with industry leaders and experts from different domains. Taking the students through the realities of current and emerging trends of different domains of management, Viimrsh- a webinar series of leadership is one such medium through which an interactive e-meeting is organized between the industry stalwarts and the leaders in the making. The experience gained while managing such large scale events helps students to push beyond their limits as not only other B-school students are invited but also the industry leaders. There are a lot of competitions and fun events happening throughout our journey at the campus as well as in the hostels. Also, students celebrate festivals from all around India and embrace diversity. These serve as a break from the rigorous curriculum.
