Remarks

This college was near my home and many of my friends who were studying computer science told me that this college is good to pursue computer science as teaching style of faculties is very good and also location and infrastructure of the college is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is set by Mumbai University. In every semester there are 7 subjects.Overall for 3 years there are 6 semesters.Faculties of our department are very kind and helpful.Almost all of them are Phd holders and have in depth knowledge in the subject they teach.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are limited in our college.Few companies like Infosys,Wipro do visit our campus for recruitment and offer roles like Junior software developer,Trainee developer to students who get through the recruitment process.

College Events

Fest,Events,Functions do happen in college every year.Tech fest is organized every year in college where many students from our college as well as other college come and showcase their skills.Each department has their own events.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

A tale of Rizvi college

I did not apply for any other college because I completed my SYJC my HSC from Rizvi College of arts, commerce and science. So I rather prefer to do it your because they give me preference over other students because I've got good marks. I've got 80% so that's a great Opportunity for me to grab the seat. I have not given any entrance exam since for BAF. We do not give any entrance exam The cut-off for BAF is 60%. If you get less less than you do not get seat somewhere, you may get but not confirm that you will get it and overall admission experience is great. I choose this college because of its reputation, its name and the campus tbh. This college is very good in placements as its placement rate is goood but the placement quality is not that good. I did got rejection from other colleges but not this one, this was my own choice to get into this college. Other colleges rejected me because of my percentage.
