Remarks
I Didn't get college of my choice outside of bhopal and in bhopal this college apart from 2-3 other college was the only choice. Moreover the infrastructure & environment of the college was also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus was in accordance with RGPV University which isn't as good as universities out of MP. A lot of things could be omitted and a lot of new technologies/subjects could have been added to keep up with the current trend and the fact that most students after graduating will be competing with so many students outside of MP too. There were no pre planned industrial visits but upon requesting to the faculty one such was arranged for the CSE students. So it's like the faculty is supportive and open to listen if students take initiative.
Placement Experience
Training and placement does organise various technical+personality+ interview sessions which are useful for students. We were informed promptly about various on campus placement opportunities. Faculties had been supportive & encouraging during this time. Although companies which had come were not very nice. Apart from national level recruitment from MNCs like tcs, wipro the other good ones that came were very few.
College Events
Campus Life is fine not great. A lot of it depends on students as well like how actively they participate and give their input in various events. There are two annual events: one technical and one cultural. Faculties are supporting but when it comes to organizing grand event there's definitely lack of investments so as I said it depends on students how big of a sponsor they can get on their own. Dj, canopies are simple one and mostly it's the college students only, events do not really attract outside students although they're open to come. Carnival organized by college are fun though and you're open to organise any kind of game, completion, canopy you like.
Campus Life
Campus is well maintained, clean and nice. There's a well furnished gym also. During my time, Wi-Fi was available upto a certain limit which is fine. Computers had internet which worked well. Choice of books in the library should be improved although course related books were mostly there. Canteen is okayish but given the strength of the college, improvisations need to made, sometimes food isn't sufficient to suffice. Computer labs were great and we didn't face any such issues regarding that. There's AC in lab and environment is pretty good to work and learn.
