Incredible College

The management is working hard to make our college more beautiful . inspite of large campus it is not oriented well but now work is going on to make the campus more clean and green. The main bad thing of my college is that there is no WiFi in the hostel and we have to take LAN connection from outside at high cost.

I didn't get good rank in jee mains, so I wrote COMEDK entrance exam to get this college. During counselling this comes 5 th and so I took this college. From class 10th onwards I was interested in automobiles and so I choose mechanical engineering and it is also evergreen branch.

In 1st yr course is same for every students . From 2nd yr study of respective branch starts . for mechanical subjects include maths, thermodynamics, mechanics of material, kinematics of material, manufacturing process, design of machine elements, dynamics of machine, computer drawing, fluid mechanics, theory of elasticity, non traditional machining. Faculty is food because many are alumuni of college in Bangalore and some are alumuni of IIT.

Our college did not provide any internship and so no stipend we get. But if we want to do internship we can do in the holidays which we get after each semester exams. They will not provide extra holiday for internship. We have to do the internship by our own in the specified holidays.

Many good companies visit our college they include amazon, wipro, cognizant, tcs, mu sigma etc . The average package they provide is 3.25 lakh. Some branch placement is too good like computer science, information technology, electronics while for some branch it is average like mechanical, electrical, civil.

Many college events are celebrated in our college. The biggest one is our college festival named kalajali. In this fest many colleges participate in dance, singing, fashion show etc competition. Along with college fest, branch fest is also conducted named as aadhar.

Fees is expensive for those who are non Karnataka. It cost 150000 per year. It is 40000 for Karnataka people who get the college by writing CET exam otherwise if they write comedk they have to pay 150000. Hostel fee is average in compare to other college it costs rs 52000.

No scholarship is offered by our college. But if anyone scores 80% in both semester then they will get a cheque of rs 500. And they also get 500 rs if they scores full I'm one subject.

Our campus is big in compare to other college and cricket field is too big. Basketball, tennis court is there. Sport teacher is also provided to coach us . gym is there so that we can do the exercise. Male to female ratio in our college is 100: 40. Separate hostel for boys and girls is there and guided by 24 hrs security.

In hostel we get the electricity 24 hrs untill and unless some fault is there. Both cold and warm water are provided for bathing. Mess food is not good but we can say it is average.

Senior were good in guiding. The main support is that they guide us that which book we should prefer. The competitive exam we can write and how to do good in tough subjects.

We have to give 3 internal in a semester and one external exam. Lab are also equipped with good equipments . out of 3 internals 2 are selected for maeksheet . the paper is set by vtu and it is also evaluated by it.
