Remarks

It is a growing institution, and it is known to offer many opportunities to the students. I wanted to go to a different city and explore its culture and surrounding. Jharkhand is a new state that I have never visited. Moreover, it gives us a chance to meet many people from different backgrounds and sensitize ourselves with other cultures. Team management, getting along with fellow students, and cooperating with staff and faculty, along with polishing ourselves, is what the institute focuses on. IIM Ranchi helps students to discover what they are good at by providing various challenges and opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is thorough and informative. IIM Ranchi does not simply focus on theory, we are given live examples to test our knowledge and creativity. Our final CGPA is measured on internal assessment, external exams, summer internship report and dissertation. the Faculty is adequately qualified and have a plethora of corporate experience to share with us.

Placement Experience

Placements and jobs offered here at IIM Ranchi are from reputed organizations and they are highly advanced in their field. On an average, a student secures 12 LPA package which is way more than industry standards.

College Events

In this time of pandemic, we are unable to enjoy the campus life but it doesn't mean that we are not enjoying our time here at IIM Ranchi. We are offered various webinars and sessions along with creative and fun activities to be productive throughout the day. We are glad that IIM Ranchi is putting so much effort during these times and giving us fun and engaging activities over and above the academic life.

In this college there are so many courses you have in your personal interest the curriculum and exam structural is great but since this policy affiliated to Ranchi University the exams are taking too much time. Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

5th-semester student eligible for placement. The name of the company like Maruti Suzuki, yazaki, and L&T, Approx 70% standard place in our college for a year. The highest salary package is 2.5 lakh per annum.
