Remarks
Because the ambience and environment is great. At the time of admission the staff was really helpful and friendly as compared to other colleges. OIST is said to be one of the best colleges is Bhopal. The placements are also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is upto date. Recently the college has also added 2 new programs which are very nice. The faculties are nice and supportive some faculties are not good, although a time to time feedback is taken in case any class wants to change faculties for any subject.
Placement Experience
The main placement company is TCS apart from that Capegemini Infosys and some other companies come for the placements. The placement rate is good and the opportunities are nice. The college tries their best to get more and more students placed. In 2019 indian navy also came to OIST.
College Events
The campus life is overall nice. The events take place all the time say it to be technical, cultural or sports. And the information is circulated all over the college so that everyone has a equal chance to participate. Every year Oriental organises a tech-fest which sees a good number of crowd. It is 3 day fest. Firstly all the 4 colleges organised their fests separately but now all come together and organise a single fest so that it can be done more precisely.
Campus Life
The college has huge and nice infrastructure. The classes and big and wide has comfortable space. Labs are occupied with all the necessary equipments. In labs the lab assistant is always there to help or handle the experiments. The library is one of the most likeable things for me. It has thousands of books that contains nice and helpful content.
