Remarks

It is the best in the state with the most exposure to the given syllabus. Gives us most of the knowledge required practically rather than mugging up. The location is great. Connected by railways, monorails, metros etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

Being medical, course doesn't really change. Most exposure was provided to the stuff required to treat people. Faculties are good. All doubts are cleared. Lectured can get extended, thus teaching to the fullest.

Placement Experience

There is 100% placement as this is not an easy field to get into. The cream of india is involved which is the most hardworking and intelligent sector of students.

College Events

There are fests held every year for enjoyment. Cultural activities too. But due to the vast syllabus range not much of it can be enjoyed. Participation is quite huge in them as this is the only time for enjoyment.

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Life at gsmc

The eligibility criteria for the course is 50%in core subjects i.e PCB and 50 %ile in neet which is equivalent to approx 120+ marks in neet. The application is available on the medical counseling website and there are also reservation benefits for SC ST OBG and other classes.
