Remarks

Medical Radiological Technology is a nationally accredited two-year diploma program offered at well known University sms medical college. Provide hands-on-training on the use of radiographic equipment, how to position patients to get the best images and to critique images, wide campus, practical experience in its attached hospital.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes all practical classes related different type of diagnosis are given in sms medical college. All the faculty member are well experienced and knowledgeable. Dilip sir our incharge is really an good teacher and knowledgeable person.

Placement Experience

Placement are done when government vacancies come on percentage basis till now. But there are chances of conducting exam for getting job. Until then students can join any private college for work experience. Right now one of my senior is doing private job in Aiims jodhpur.

College Events

Campus life is really good. About activities we say,1 week Seminars and conferences related to course are conducted where people from different countries also join. Dance and song are conducted in seminars and conferences only.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

An Honest review of SMS

I applied for the top five AIIMS and a few top national medical colleges before sms but the cutt off was high and my NEET score was not enough to match that enough for SMS. There is a huge hype of SMS especially in north India; also it has Asia's laargest OPD. Due to these factors I preferred SMS to get a good patient exposure. Every neet aspirant including me prefer AIIMS due to low fees, best faculties, infrastructure and other facilities. Admission process is very lengthy but only for one time.
