decent college with good infrastructure, facilities and provides alot of opportunities so that you can explore a lot.The college helps us to examine ourself and brings out the leader. College plays a vital role in choosing a career as the college makes us understand what makes us know what are the opportunities ahead of our lifes

Course Curriculum Overview

course isnt updated at all, its all the same old 1920s syllabus going on, college took effort in providing industrial training and not the universities. I beleive the universities should update themselves and make more pratical curriculum so that student gets more and more industry ready.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

its very very good in our college, as a lot of companies come to our college and we have our campus placements around twice to thrice a year. Google, E&Y, PWC, tata, amazon, and many more companies have come to our college for placements

College Events

amazing, lots and lots of events, a great exposure, participated in many college events and college organises events on big scale and invests a huge chunk of money in it and all the students work for it learns while doing socializes and have a great time.

Campus Life

its one of the best in whole of east india and i am sure it would come among top 20 in whole of India, Campus provides us with varied kind of infra which makes it more suitable for us to study and to a lot other things.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
