Remarks

Because of updated curriculum and it ranked in top colleges of kolkata. THE infrastructure is good and environment is also good. It's a ragging free college which is a plus point. Extra curricular activities are also been given importance.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes the college has industrial exposure. The college provide us with internships from second year onwards. Our college also let students join various clubs and college groups. All the faculties are well trained and very friendly.

Placement Experience

The placement is quite good but I believe college will give you only opportunities it's upto you how you can crack the placement and get a high profile job which I think comes within 3 years of college exposure.

College Events

As everyone knows Umang is our annual college fest which is very happening event. Due to this event our college gains more popularity. Bollywood celebrities also visits our college during this time. Frequent visits by famous personalities are also done.

Fees and Financial Aid

None. I do not know if anyone has taken loan from My friend circle. I didn't take any educational loans. I have a zero knowledge regarding if anyone has taken loans for their education. And if anyone

Campus Life

Infrastructure was excellent with proper sports facilities, wifi was good, our college has the best Library where we can issue upto two books and three books during exams. Cantee had good foods but with a higher price.

Hostel Facilities

None. I resides in Kolkata so I didn't take any hostel to live. It takes 40 mins to reach to my college so I never thought of staying in hostels. Also I know our college doesn't provide with hostels.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me .
