Remarks

The institute offers great opportunities. The faculty is very prominent. The subjects offered are suitable for my career choice. The infrastructure, including the library adds to the charm. It's been a good decision so far.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very structured and detailed. It is made accordingly if a student wants to pursue P. Hd. The faculties are a balance of experienced and young. Every faculty tries their best to understand the students needs and share their experiences. Dr. D. K. Singh, Dr. Varsha Gupta, Dr. Poonam Dixit, Vaibhav Mishra, Garima Gupta and all the others have helped me all throughout in the course. The library is my favourite place.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

In my course most of the students plan to pursue P. Hd. but those who want to be placed are helped by the University placement cell. Companies like Policy Bazaar, Reliance Nippon Life insurance, IIMS, TCS participate in placement. The average salary offered is around 3. 5 Lakhs.

College Events

Campus life is great. I have taken part in the management of youth fest. There are fests, and other departmental activities. I have taken part in slogan writing, and essay competition. The institute also encourages us to participate in Save Ganga, Clean Kanpur Initiative.

Campus Life

The library is very huge and beautiful, I spend most of my time there. The stadium is another amazing thing, a huge swimming pool, basketball court, vast fields. The auditorium is amazing. All the buildiny are designed beautifully.

Placement Experience:

In the beginning of semester you will be asked to join training and placement center . The placements are not that much but yes placements are given . It depends your performance throughout the course . Belonging to MSc physics the placements will be made in the last sem and when and only if you qualify the sem exam you'll be able to join . But according to personal opinion that msc physics won't get that good package and you can get better from government jobs .

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course included every practical and theoretical language which is entirely needed to study IT. Its amazing that the staff is so nice and full of knowledge that they help every student with the studies and the topics like java , C# are very important.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took admission in this course after i saw it has benefits for pharmacy field and all the apparatus and instruments in the labs are helpful for further experience in the pharmacy field. Improvements can be made by decreasing some politics.

BEST you can get in low JEE ranks. GREAT ROI.

One can get admission in UIET, CHD by applying for JAC CHANDIGARH counselling. One has to give JEE mains exam and based on its score, JAC Chandigarh conducts counselling through which admissions process occurs. I applied for YMCA Faridabad and DCRUST Murthal as well. I also applied for JOSAA counselling but due to my low rank in JEE mains, I couldn't get any NIT or IIIT. I was getting YMCA or DCRUST but choose UIET over them, because of its location. It is situated in main Chandigarh and very near to my home. Moreover, it's placements are better than both of them....Read More
