Remarks

University of Lucknow is an esteemed institution. Also M.Sc. in physics is not provided by many colleges in lucknow. Had quite a few positive reviews for this institution from friends and family. The best thing of the university is it provides the right exposure for students at this age.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are not exactly too good to be exact. Some are actually interactive with the students (but only like 30% of them). Rest just complete their job. Syllabus is quite good. Covers most of the syllabus of NET/GATE etc.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Placement Experience

Various placement and certificate courses are advertised on the notice board every niw and then, eligible students are very well welcome to join them. Alumini system is good in our department. Many aluminis are invited to interact with the students.

College Events

A lot of Extra curricular Activities takes place both at departmental level and campus level. Several activites takes place yearly some of them even involves the faculties. Mentorship for upcoming future is also provided time to time.

Campus Life

The campus is spread over a large area. Library is something that surprised me here. Easily approachable and is quite satisfactory in size (departmental). Also has several large areas for sports. Lab equipments are not exactly the best but still work.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.

DETAIL REVIEW ABOUT LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY

I applied for rgipt in Amethi and got chemical engineering seat in it but I declined it since I got computer science and engineering seat in the University of Lucknow which attracted me more towards it. Yes I got a rejection from some colleges due to less marks in entrance exams and enability of the correct submission of application forms obviously which was quite ridiculous. There is a uptac counselling which is held by the government agency or whatever for the admission in the University of Lucknow. There are three ways to take admission one through JEE mains 2nd days cuet and the third is direct admission based on class 12th.
