Remarks
I chose this college as it is once of the college of JNTU, Kakinada. I was unable to get into JNTU, so I opted for this. This college also follows the rules and regulation of JNTU. The course is also same as JNTU. So it was also a option to join this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Some teachers in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good and interesting. But some are not highly qualified, and they do not teach us better. Some faculty members will follow the curriculum and complete the entire syllabus on time. Some do not follow any curriculum, and they try to complete syllabus by gambling topics.
Placement Experience
Nearly 60-70% of the students get placed in our CSE course stream atleast in anyone of the companies. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2. 5 LPA. Students in CSE stream are mostly placed in TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys. Some other students go for an internship with companies named Talentio. Top roles offered are as programmer, developer and tester.
College Events
Events and fests are conducted once every two years. Campus and surrounding environment are good enough. Extracurricular activities are conducted twice a month like dancing, singing, painting, essay writing, NSS, NCC etc. They will not specifically provide any scholarships, but state government scholarships are applied.
Campus Life
Classrooms in our college are not much good as we expect. Wi-Fi, labs and library are good enough, and the internet connection is high so that there will be no problem at labs, and there are lab technicians in the laboratory who monitor the labs from time to time. Facilities in the hostel are average. The quality of food served in the mess is better, but the food served in the canteen is very tasty. They also provide medical facilities when we feel ill, and there is a large group on our campus. So we can not bother about sports and games. They do not provide facilities in games if we like to play we have to arrange them.
