Remarks
It has got a good Reputation, not only is NMIMS popular for MBA, but it also holds rank 13 throughout the nation amongst pharmacy colleges according to NIRF. At the time of my joining it was on rank 9. This college is amongst the very few that offers this unique integrated course, that lets me complete B pharma and MBA together in just five years, which would otherwise take a minimum of 6 years. I also had alumni connections and hence I had heard good reviews about the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty at NMIMS is extremely supportive. They are always there for the students whenever we need their help. Industrial is exposure is also being provided at a great level but the administration does not care about the student's opinions at all. So in short, all decisions are taken by the administration alone sometimes keeping the interests of the students aside.
Placement Experience
Good placements seen and even better in the past; but seem to be deteriorating every year. Good companies come in to take students but not all packages are very impressive.
College Events
Campus life is good. Not many canteens and heavy rush at peak hours. The festival's at NMIMS are great but it's difficult to invest time due to the 80% attendance criteria. As a result for any cultural feats or competitions we have to stay back after college hours which means we're at college for whole days. No life outside college remains. It can be taken both positively and negatively.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not opted for any scholarship/loan facility. In fact, the college doesn't give many options, even during these difficult times, all of us payed 3.7 lakhs full fees. No options of installments
Campus Life
The infrastructure is world class when it comes to the classes the building and all other tech related infrastructure. The college looks like a mall, there is no open ground, no space to play sports.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for hostel.As per what I've heard from my hostelite friends, the hostel costs very very high and is not good enough relatively. The mess food is also not good. Most students order in food on a daily basis. Not aware of the annual hostel fees.
