The college need further infrastructure, so we can expand our workshops and bring more high tech machines. After all the college is far better than any private college. The college management is very helpful and they give chance to interact directly to the director, regarding any issue or problems.

For the admission to the course of B.E ( Engineering ), student have to give JEE examination conducted by CBSE. On the basis of JEE All India rank the seat is alloted after filling form named ' JAC Chandigarh 'The college is of the Panjab University ChandigarhAs it is a government college the ranking and competition becomes tough a bit.I opted for this college as this college is government and we have maximum placements from our college.

The pattern of Indian Institutes of Technology, is followed through out 4 years of engineering. There are 4 departments CSE, ME, ECE and ITAll branches have got a good teacher and a HOD to give expert lectures.

The college provides the students to perform and do their intership in companies like Infosys and Tech gain. The students get the stipend according to their abilities.

Placement and Jobs are best for Computer and Science Department students, as the placements are maximum in cse department tech mahindra, infosys, TCS, IBM, accenture and Google comes here to organise on-campus drive for placements, Average Package for all streams is 4.5 Lac/anum.

The anual festival is organised with full joy and energy. There are serveral cultural and other groups in the college for organising events. Sports meat is organised for students to perform in sports activities. Student from other colleges come and give competition and win amazing cash prizes.

The fees for 1 year and rest year student is 71000/- INR Examination fees of Rs. 3600/- INR. The college doesn't take enough funds as the college is funded by Government Of india. This fees is for all departments of the engineering students.

The University provides scholarship on the basis of low income group, high merit scholarship and Fee waiver Upto Rs. 85000/- INR, The loan facility is very comfortable for a student to study in this college. The state Bank of India provides loan instantly with this college in hoshiarpur.

The campus life is amazing, it comprises of green environment. full expose as you are in chandigarh. College debates are organised in a frequency of one month. Dance groups are made for students to learn and enjoy dance, actiing and music, vocal related classes. There is a very good environment for girls, no harasment, no ragging etc

Hostel facilitites are very good, i am resident of government hostel, and i found it very good as we have to pay only when we eat. The amount is calculated and payable after the month. The canteen comprises of all the things like pastry and burger etc The room accomodation costs Rs. 720/- INR for 1 Month ( Government Hostels), The frequency is 2160/- For government hostel for 3 monthsCooler facility available on demand. 24x7 Electricity and WIFI.

The seniors are very helpful. They provide books and other study movie material to study. In exam times they even teach us to score good. The students organise the events, thus students start becoming responsible.

2 Semester exams every year, !st in month of December and 2nd in month of May. Practicals and vivas are conducted by the college authorities and minor tests are conducted.

The faculty of the college is descent and have good experiences so that they impart students their exellent knowledge to their students. Some teachers are not good but maximum numbers of teacher are of helping nature regarding studies and other college activities.
