Remarks

Hindu College is a known college in the Moradabad area, and this is a government college. This college is situated in the middle of town. Hindu college is well equipped with labs, the fee is less. I have chosen this college due to fewer fees and good education. Physics and Mathematics department is famous for its faculties, not only in Moradabad but also in near cities.

Course Curriculum Overview

BMJPRU course curriculum is well, but it is more focused on theoretical knowledge, Each subject has 3 different books, and each week there are 2 classes of each book. Different rooms are allotted for different classes. We have 2 lab sessions of physics and 2 lab sessions of chemistry each week. Faculties of practical subjects are different from our theoretical subjects. The mathematics department is too good, the faculty member of the Mathematics and Physics department has friendly nature. Mr. Mahendar, faculty of physics is too good, Dilip sir, Rajiv sir is the faculty of mathematics. Dilip sir is very punctual, he starts his class at the right time, our weakness is our chemistry department, Although the practical faculties are very good, class teachers of chemistry are not so good. The classes of chemistry are usually vacant, and we pass this time in the lab. The college has NCC cell, NSS cell, and Rovers and Rangers cell. The college has a central library and students generally use it for borrowing the books. The college has its placement cell and Mr. Rajiv, faculty of mathematics is head of this cell.

Placement Experience

1.5

The college has not organized any placement derive, and usually, it works as a degree distributor. Besides this, our college Alumni take government jobs and take admissions in reputed colleges like IITs, NITs, BARC. Each year 20 students have got selected for different reputed colleges. Our college is a government college, so there is no derive for jobs or placements. Students are come only for taking degrees.

College Events

4

The college has organized annual activities it depends on the department to department. In the physics department, there are seminars on different topics, the Chemistry department has not conducted any activity, the Mathematics department organizes some competitions from time to time for increasing knowledge in mathematics. Our cultural cell organizes every year inter-college competitions like debate competition, speech competition, poem competition, and story competition. In inter-college competitions, no. of participants are varying from 100 to 150. And it usually takes one complete day for a single competition.

Campus Life

Hindu College is equipped with labs and libraries. Hindu college has physics lab, chemistry lab, Botany lab, Zoology Lab, Biotechnology Lab, Geography lab, Home science lab. Labs are good, but there is less modern equipment in the physics lab. In the college campus, there is no facility of wi-fi. Each department has its library, and students can read and borrow books from these libraries. The college has no playground, but it has 2 parks like grounds. The college has its parking because many students have come on bike or bicycles. The college has its sports department, but maximum indoor games are only allowed in college. The college has 2 conference halls if there is any seminar or workshop, cultural activities, inter-college competitions are conducted in these halls.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges, and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
