Remarks

This College have good reviews and good educational environment. It's in the middle of Chennai city ,so it's nearby my home. This college has a Mosque in the campus , a big ground. There are many extra things apart from study's like NCC , NSS and many sports.

I want to become programmer are coder so I choose this course. In this college there are so many student and this student are great and friendly person there are easy to mingle with each other and good studies that can help you in many ways in fact there are good peoples. In this pandemic I am doing the online classes so it will be little difficult to attend the classes but true online classes that are very good and they are ready to help you in every way they can they never got angry and whenever we ask they are ready to explain the content and the subject actually they are good great teachers

Good studies and overall the face structure is ok and they provide a scholarship for minorities student

There are so many annual faced an annual techfest cultural programs everyone when everyone can pass participate and it is so and joyful to be a content in the programs. In this college there are many extra activities so you can participate in that like NSS NCC and many sports. The sports are like volleyball, football, cricket etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

I applied to Loyola college,Chennai and SRMIST kattankaluttur, I got rejected by SRMIST due to not being able to pay the donation fees which was around 3 lakhs. I got selected in Loyola college but I chose The New college because it had a greater muslim community and some of my school seniors graduated from The New College.
