Peaceful and beautiful college life.

The college admission procedures are done through the centralized allotment process of Kerala university. We can get into the college according to our marks. The college campus is so beautiful with greenery all around, its such refreshing to our eyes. The gardens, plants and trees are well maintained. The central chapel will catch our eyes. The college faculties will be always there to help you and guide you with all necessary guidelines for our future. The programs, arts festivals etc are extremely awesome here, celebrations happens at its peak.Many clubs are there for your support, to lead you and guide. We'll get to know about many opportunities around us. It also has WWS (walk with a scholar)program, ASAP and DCA courses. It really helps. And the negative side is that, the college is little strict and follows some traditional patriarchial rules related to the dress code etc. Some teachers are partial and arrogant too., regarding the marks etc(only few)

I choose this course as I like the subject so much and can be related to world problems of today.Course curriculum is according to the Kerala University syllabus. And its simple enough to understand and grasp. There will max of 50 students in a class and 1 class warden. Most of the faculties in economics department are well qualified with a doctorate qualifications. They will guide us through right paths and the HOD is a humble person who speaks so softly to others and will be available anytime for your help. Different teachers follows different methods of teaching. Smart class facilities is also available. Term exams are conducted according to the university of Kerala 's guidelines. But the internal exams are conducted timely in our college.

No. We have to find ourselves. But they organizes career development classes as well as personality development classes. And also some there is a civil service unit named 'MICSA' for civil service aspirants.

Fees structure for BA courses will be around 1500/year and this for the general category students . For all other sections, e-grant scholarship facility is there. And tge scholarships can be availed from the govt of Kerala and govt of India. Other than that the college, the college provides scholarship to those who score high marks in the academic year.

Life at campus is superb. But its certain teachers are so strict. The classroom amenities are so good and well maintained. The college is good in conducting sports events too and also been the university champions for certain sports events. There are a lot of clubs for the students to actively take part in. They will help to lead us and helps in decaling our personality. Interactions and communications are so good through these clubs which includes: Debate clubs, literary club, arts club, sports clubs, health club, media club, women study cell etc. They conducts many programs like classes or workshops etc at least once in a month. Social groups like NSS and NCC are also so good and active in this college. They also conducts completions related to the specialty of the days like science day quiz, environment day quiz, essay writing etc

There is no hostel facility for boys at present and its only for the sports students. There is a girls hostel for the college and though the building is too old, the facilities are good.. Overall average.and food is also average and not bad. And food menu is also quite adjustable. It has a peaceful atmosphere and very good to study. But since they follows certain traditional rules it becomes irritating like it is hard to get permission to go out at weekends for any shopping.
