Course Curriculum Overview
Academic is little bit tough at IITK . Professor are quite good and they explain very well. Semester are 4 month long.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is also very good at iitk. So many big companies also offer PPO after the internship . Some of the company which come for internship are Google, Nutanix, Amazon, Oracle and many more. The roles are Software development executive , Analytics etc.
Placement Experience
Placement are quite good at my college. Top packages can go as far as 1.5 crore. Average package is about 15 -20 lakh. Almost every student got placed every year. Some of the top recruiters include Google , Microsoft , Amazon etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
You could expect a total cost of your fees about 2.5 lakh per year. Although if you are from weak economically you will be given full tuition fee waiver. IIT Kanpur gives so many scholarship. Almost every student get a scholarship. Placement are very good at IITK of an average package of 20 lakh
Campus Life
Campus life is too good. You will get every facilities here. Campus is open Round the clock. You could go outside anytime but you rarely go because there is also so many stuff inside too. We have a very big Libaray covering an area of 5730 sq/meter. we have all the sports facilities. we have every club you could think of. Also if you think of making any new club you are well supported to make a new club,
Hostel Facilities
Hostel have their own mess . Hostel have their own study Room , electronics room , Computer room. Hostel have their own Volleyball Badminton field and so many other.
Interview Experience
The selection is mainly through JEE advance Rank. NO Group Discussion will be there. You will have to be shortlisted for jee advance.
