Entrance Preview
Gmatthe interview process was pretty straight forward , there was one gd round with 10 members on topic which was very recent and connected to the current social or economic condition which prevails in the country In the interview, you will be asked on your experience in the job. The learning which you had till now.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very hectic. I opted for dual specialization marketing & analytics.The analytics had very limited options to bind it with the marketing subjects.
Internships Opportunities
There is no internship in one year program, people do empirical projects.My empirical project was on how online customer review tends to affect the buying behavior of customers, using analytical tools such as spss and r.
Placement Experience
Lot of companies came to the campus from different background , consulting firms like delloite and virtusa consulting came.Many it service provides came on day 0 and 1 and took most of the crowd.
College Events
Lot of events are celebrated in great lakes, starting from the cultural events to the technical events international entrepreneurial conference.college fest.all festivals are celebrated.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is on the higher side, but considering it one year program you have the luxury to save one year and start earning after one year itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are lot of banks available which provide the full loan for the same. Most of my friends took loan from hdfc credila.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is pretty good and people are there from all parts of india. The hostel parties takes pace once the campusing is over.Till the third semester its difficult to find time and after placements get over it is difficult to pass time.
Hostel Facilities
The mess food will be monotonous after a while though the number of items on paper will remain lot many. The breakfast is the best part of the meal that is offered on the campus.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is still building as the legacy of the college is only 10 yrs old.They have introduced a social portal to connect all the alums together.
Exam Structure
There are 7 semesters in total having exam at end of each. The first three semesters are common and after that the specialization comes into picture.The exams are hectic more than tough.
Faculty
The faculty is very good, as great lakes has the luxury of having large number of teachers from outside because of bala uncle.Teacher's are even from stanford and kellog, but they come after the placements are over which leaves very little zeal in the stu
