When all of u hear the name RVCE. Believe me it’s a brand. Any branch you study in RV has its own value. CS,IS and ECE are the top branches of the college with high placements records in the state. So when my kcet results were out, I really wanted to get into any branch at RV so my top order list were all branches at RVCE. I was able to secure a seat in telecommunications so I made my move to join it. It’s been almost a year in this college. The effort the management puts to up skill us enormous. The grading system is very strict compared to other colleges in Karnataka. So students really have to work there asses off. Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Telecommunications because I really wanted to be in any course in RV. So since telecommunications falls under the core branch of ECE we are offered the same placement offers. But this is a comparatively easy path during the process The student faculty ratio is 25:1. There is counselors assigned to every student where the counselor acts as a second parent at college looking after all the problems and gives u great guidance, throughout the course. Most faculties are PhD holders and people who have done great research in their field of study. I was really impressed with the experience of my teachers. I think these are the hands behind the great results RV brings. Internals are conducted trice a sem, with a final exam concluding it. The exam are moderate where everyone who attends class can score around 80% and if study a bit can score up to 90%.
Placement Experience
Student are eligible for internship from 5th sem and placements from 7th sem The placements details is really huge so do check out the placement portal on the college website The highest is around 52lpa. And it is expected to be raised around 140lpa by 2023 About 90%of the students are placed with a dream pay and job
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for KCET is around 81k per year The fee for comedk is around 2.5lakh per year And management is what u discuss under the table They aren’t any sort of campus jobs. And scholarships are all what government provides
Campus Life
When it comes to campus life it’s really really really awesome. There are a lot of clubs in campus and believe me if u join anyone of them time flies really really quick. 8th mile is the biggest feast of the even sem and people wait the whole year for it.it happens around feb. The library is big. And all sort of journals are available
