Remarks

The admission process is simple you just need to apply through Mumbai university site and then fill college form on college website then merit list gets generated if your score is above that you get selected. Basically, Mumbai gives you a very good learning experience and college has its own level which helps me in learning more with my colleagues and mentors.

The course in BAF is just like CA course and some different topics that increase perspective towards subject if you are a finance enthusiast then you must go for its faculty to student ratio is good and everyone focuses on child's overall development

Placement is good but you need a good score to seat for placement and many students don't go for placements because they continue with there higher studies my plan is to go for MBA in finance through CAT.

Fee in Mumbai university affiliated colleges is the same around 24000 per annum

Campus Life

The campus life in somaiya is pretty much good and somaiya has 2nd largest campus in Mumbai around 50-60acres of the area there are many fests going on every month in different colleges in the same campus I would mention that in actual its very interesting life in somaiya campus you will find different club activities going on in campus every day which your day good.

Hostel Facilities

Basic room with bed fan and table, meal quality is a good many time undergraduates don't get hostel as its reserved for postgraduates you can find many options in nearby even flats and paying guests options but little expensive around 15k per month.

Hostel Fee: INR 190000 per year

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
