Review of my college

The college management is good and constantly into upbringing the college level. Sometimes higher authorities are not perfectly aware of the scenarios of college.The fee structure is higher than expected. The student can get good help and a friendly environment as well as enough resources to study.

I did Diploma from Ahmadabad and got admission through ACPC under GTU. I was 24th in deemed university merit and my admission was on open category seat. The deemed university gets only 1-2 seats per college from diploma to degree.

There is definitely a wide range of electives which are offered by gtu. The faculties give good encouragement towards learning innovative things.The infrastructure and learning environment is good for the students who are really into learning.The library is fully stocked with a wide range of reference books as well as technology related magazines and journals.

No. there is no facility of internship and stipend according to my knowledge. The emphasis is in taking user defined project rather than industry defined project.

Excellent. Its the placements that matters after bachelors according to my perspective.The faculties take interest in teaching corporate culture manners. They prepare students well for the campus placements.Around 70- 80% of students who sat for placements were selected. Companies like TCS, Synoverge, info-stretch, einfochips, vrrspl, igate, collabera and many many more take students from ADIT. They allow students to give interview in other colleges as well.The highest package offered was from TCS which was around 3.4L

There is a varied variety of festivals celebrated here. All the festivals are giben equal importance.The level of culfests and techfests are also good.Recently revived IEEE student branch also has wonderful events organized by student bodies brings overall development for students.Every few weeks therevare these informative seminars from renowned personalities. ADIT strongly supports various sports and has a nice ground and a gym as well.The infrastructure is one of the best in Gujarat.

Being a self-financed college, the fee structure is really high compared to other colleges.And even after takng such humongous fees the internet is not provided without extra charge. Which is a major drawback of a science vased institute. Students having tuition fee waiver schemes and scholarships are benefited.

I have no idea about the same as I have not availed any. There are TFWS and other scholarship facilities though for bright students.

The college provides a really good culture and environment helping students to grow well.There is no gender or race discrimination though some politics and favoritism is there. No ragging takes place and on the contrary seniors are quite helpful.The student should focus on studies and be aware of not getting distracted. The support from faculties is nice and they are indeed very helpful.

I had no experience of college's hostel and mess as i chose private hostel.But from what I heard, the mess food is worst. But there are some very good and hygenic food outlets in the campus itself so it is fine.They say they have to compulsorily pay mess fees along with college hostel fees.The college is located 4kms away frm the city. where there is a wide range of PGs and hostels available. The price depends on the facilities given in private.

My experience of seniors was really nice.They are very helpful and help a lot. They let the juniors have exposure in various events. and they infact even arrange friendly meets in campus itself. All in all, seniors and juniors stay in harmony.

Internal exams are the only important exams taken here. Students do not at all feel hectic and if attended lectures properly, they can easily score about 7.5 spi. It all depends on how a student utilizes his/her time.The college strictly follows gtu course structure.

Some faculties give thorough and in depth knowledge on the subject.Whereas some focus only on GTU based curriculum.Classes are taken only if students attend the lecture in unity. Like every other college, bunking is a problem over here.Practical teaching is not very nice. Practical list is given and students are supposed to learn on their own.
