Remarks

The fee for the same course was higher in other institutions than the one in which i studied. The second point being that the college was near to my home more over the college fee was partly funded by Government

Course Curriculum Overview

According to the standard of other degree colleges. Mostly taken from other superior degree institution. They dont have the ability to structure one by themselves. All the other board syllabus is checked and then copied from them.

Placement Experience

Local companies visit the college and do not offer good placement. They revoke the job offer according to their wish. Hardly few reputed companies visit the college for placement. Students go out for pool campusing for their better future. College administration is not at all bothered to help with placements.

Campus Life

The infrastructure was not at all good. Old style class room with no proper projector system. No even playing field. No proper space for four wheeler parking. It has just got a big building and is under a Government University so it is just looting students. Most of the students who have graduated from this college are not at all happy with the college life and the kind of support that it should have got from a proper Engineering Institute

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college is better than many tier 2 NITs . Students are eligible for placement in 8th semester. If we talk about the top companies visiting PEC, these are Apple, Google, Microsoft, American Express, McKinsey, JP Morgan etc.

we are eligible for placement after 5 th semester where we can get both the internship and some student also get pre placed around 40 percent of student get placed after the degree average package is around 6 lpa

Placement Experience:

from 5 semester you become eligible for internship and pre placements i think 56 percent of the students get placed i haven't thought much about what i need to do after the degree but definitely i would be considering gaining some experience in this degree to enhance my skills

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Overall im loving this college

Placement Experience:

For placement students can apply in their last year respectively Top recruiters at UICTE include Reliance, GAIL, Honeywell, ExxonMobil, and Technip, offering many roles, but exact offer numbers aren't publicly available. Highest package for chemical engineering this year is 12 LPA and average is around 5 to 7LPA I want to do something of my own after this degree

after 7th semester students are eligible for process of placemet many company recenty visited like tcs and infosys .average pacakage is around 700000 and highest pacakage is around 5200000 . 70% students got placed My plan is to join a good company after degree

There are on compus placement and few companies visit. But very few students are only selected and offered a package of around 5-6 lpa. Oracle, fy, hdfc etc In percentage placement is around 10%. I plan to apply for off campus placements and don't have any plans for mtech or any other cource.

I want to go abroad for higher studies and after that work for a multinational company. I will be able to learn so much about what has been taught to us, the highest package that was given was 42 lakh per annum and the minimum is 10 lakh per annum and CSE gets the highest number of the package.

BEST you can get in low JEE ranks. GREAT ROI.

One can get admission in UIET, CHD by applying for JAC CHANDIGARH counselling. One has to give JEE mains exam and based on its score, JAC Chandigarh conducts counselling through which admissions process occurs. I applied for YMCA Faridabad and DCRUST Murthal as well. I also applied for JOSAA counselling but due to my low rank in JEE mains, I couldn't get any NIT or IIIT. I was getting YMCA or DCRUST but choose UIET over them, because of its location.
