Yes of course. It provides internship opportunities. Companies are invited on campus and they select students for internship in marketing and finance field. General stipend ranges from 5 k to 10 k for period of two months. It generally takes place in May- June of the year. Overall experience is mixed- for some its good and for some its bad, depending on the company and internship role offered.

The college does conduct both summer and final placements where almost 100 per cent of the batch (2013-2015) was placed. The average salary for marketing companies were relatively higher at Rs 25000 per month while for Finance the average salary was low at Rs 15000 per month. Apart from this the college brings several short term projects OJT from different companies which students can take along with their curriculum.

EMPI Bschool was a home away from home to me, we had students from all over india from various states and religion. With the diverse culture of students we have celebrated almost all the festivals thought the year. Love the durga pooja festival which is celebrated for 8 continues days. We call it as Durgotsav and it is celebrated every year with great excitement.

Fee structure is quit expensive.But A MBA degree in under 8.5 lakhs is quit feasible. So a middle class family also can afford. Easy loan sanction facilities provided by the college itself.

They have so many options to avail scholarships, they give Rs 20000 scholarship for girls and Rs 20000 for Defence Background Students and they have recently started giving scholarship of Rs 200000 to North east students.

The college consisted of 40% of female students and 60% of male students, It has zero tolerance for discrimination of against any gender, caste, race or Junior/senior. They have a special committee which takes care of such cases and strict actions are taken if such cases happens.

I would give my hostel 10/10. it was really home away from home from, we had boys and girls hostel separately, plus it had 100 % security. Food was similar to home cook food. they used to provide jain food as well.They serve a variety of dishes like chinese, continental, Nonveg and veg they used to give sweets on sundays. Cleanliness is an important thing and the hostel rooms were well mentioned.

My seniors were always supported. They were always there to clear our doubts. and also we used to have fun moments with them. We all had a great bonding thought the college.

The course work is divided into 4 semesters. Each trimester has 2 exam one mid term and one end term. Apart from the regular two exams there are 3 quizzes conducted which can be both scheduled or surprise quizzes.A Lot of assignments and and Presentations were also a part of weightage given to a Final CGPA.

The faculty is good and well respected with a lot of teaching experience. They are also good natured and sometimes shared light-hearted fun with us. They are a little strict and conservative and were sometimes disgruntled by the lack of discipline shown by some students of the batch.
