My College

The good thing about college is management, faculty and to improve is remove community preference in college and show that we are best in everything.

I had written ICET entrance exam and got 13752 rank. The reason I choose GEC is because of experienced faculty and Infrastructure facility and also the events.

The courses that they offer were very good and real time scenarios and case studies were discussed in classes providing real time environment and the classes and syllabus were structured in such a way which makes students to get Interest and given opportunities to research on the topics and give seminars.

The college provide internship in different organisation and depends upon the organisation to give stipend or not. As the college is not near to any metropolitan city they refer only small scale industries but students have opportunity to go and do in big organisations if they approve. Approval should be taken from student end if he/she did not like the organisation which college provides.

The placements were quite good we got more than four organisations like Idea, Reliance, Nerolac, Icici. But the packages offered by the organisations were less like the highest package is only 4 LPA. However compared to other colleges which are ear by GEC is the best college in placing the students in different organisations.

There are many events in colleges to prove their abilities in cultural as well as technical. And we celebrate GEC-Fest every year and it is celebrated in such a way many of the celebrities come to our college to entertain the students. And also departmental functions also celebrated in college and also many other events were held in college.

The fee structure is feasible students have scholarship depends on their family income. The management fees is also feasible compared to other colleges.It is the best college in all the facilities that they provide and very feasible to the students and the reimbursement facility is available in the college and it is top 13th college in Andhra pradesh.

Yes college is offereing loans and scholarship facility as the college offered 15 thousand scholarship who took admissions for MBA in our college it is the best in helping in students.

As there was some community people were given high priority this is the disappointment thing in college. However it extends only for some students in our college and apart from their is no religion or gender feelings all are treated equal. And when a student is having problem the management will solve his/her problems it may be personal or financial this is the best thing in college understanding the problems of students and making changes.

The hostel facilities should be improved as there were no cleanliness and the beds and rooms were very small and food is normal but have to improve in terms of quality. As there were new building constructing hope there were better compared to past. But compared with the other hostels and colleges our college is far better.

As I'm alumni we have god interaction with the faculty and the management and they invite for the celebrations that were held in college and gives utmost respect to the alumni.

The exam structure is based on the university as our college is affiliated to Jntu- Kakinada. And the labs were good as college have good infrastructure of IT Labs and also very good library one of the best library we have in the district and there is a huge scope of learning in organisation and college provides free text books for the students to explore the knowledge.

The faculty of college is the strength of GEC. As they were very friendly and very experienced faculty providing good knowledge to the students and giving real time scenarios and giving challenges and preparing the student for competitions and encouraging in each and every aspect and motivating the student and getting the results better.
