Course Curriculum Overview
Yes it was good learning imparted as a part of my curriculum. It groomed me to provide industry specific knowledge which is helpful in securing on campus placement. Industrial Visits will be organized for the students in every academic year except the first year of the course
Placement Experience
The placement of my college was not bad. Many companies such as Infosys, Sutherland, HCL and many other companies too visited the campus for their placement drives. They conducted aptitude test and a face to face interview mostly for all. The tentative percentage of students placed every year in my campus was very low when comparing to the students who were appeared. Yes the institution took special steps to prepare for the placement.
College Events
Every year they will organize pongal celebration, onam celebration, and every other festivals. Annual day and sports day will be conducted. In that cultural programs will also be conducted. In that the participation will be good. All the events will be conducted as a huge celebration.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. The program fee will be comparitively low from other colleges. The mode of payment will be cash, DD and through Card payment. No additional fee will be charged for an admission of my course. Yes the college provide transparency in the fee breakdown
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes I opted for educational loan. I got Bonafide certificate from my college and I submitted that in my local bank and got the loan amount for the mentioned fee structure. Eligibility criteria was to maintain 60% in every academic year. As same as in 10th and 12th marks.
Campus Life
Campus Life was good, gender ratio was 70:30. Extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions will be conducted. Every academic year every department in my college will be conducting several workshops and symposium according to their studies. Tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status were good.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network was not maintained properly. But the communication with our college students and staffs was good through whatsapp group chat.
Admission
By using my 12th standard cut-off marks in Anna University counciling, I choose this college in the year 2010. I like Information Technology, so I choose this course. Infrastructure development in my institutionwas really good, so it made me to choose this institution.
Faculty
We can easily assess the faculty of my college. Around 10 lecturers in my course at the age of 30-40 with high educational qualification. They were expert in providing clarity about the subject. Yes the lecturers hold some years of experience in the industry and they did some certifications too.
